We cannot guarantee a final offer—that depends on your interview performance, market conditions, and fit with specific companies. After you upload your resume and complete the preference survey, we typically begin sending applications within 24-48 hours. The first batch focuses on roles that are the strongest match for your profile while we continue building out your optimized application materials.
All our plans are one-time packages, not subscriptions—so there's nothing to cancel. Once you purchase a package, you own those application credits indefinitely. If you need to pause your job search, just let us know and we'll hold your remaining applications until you're ready.
Congratulations! Your remaining application credits never expire. You can use them for your next job search, or we can transfer them to a friend or colleague. Many of our users keep a few credits in reserve for opportunistic applications even after they've accepted an offer.
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days if we haven't sent enough applications yet. Once applications have been submitted, we can't offer refunds for those credits, but unused credits remain yours indefinitely. If you're unsatisfied with the quality, reach out—we'll work with you to make it right.
